♡ When will you send the package and how long does the shipping take?
The order processing time is between 3 to 5 business days from receipt of payment.
Shipping time is estimated and usually takes:
Spain: from 3 to 10 days.
Europe: from 4 to 20 days.
Other countries: from 7 to 30 days.
Take into account that your country's customs may make you pay fees! You must also consider that the shipment depends on external factors beyond my control, and there may be some delay on the part of the postal company!
♡ How long do pre-orders last?
It depends on the production time. In the description of each product, you can see it~
♡ I want to order one product in stock and another product in pre-order.
If you place an order that includes both an in-stock product and a pre-order product, the order will ship as soon as the pre-order product is in stock. If you want the in-stock product shipped first, you must place two separate orders~
♡ Why do you offer two shipping options?
We are aware of the high prices of shipments, so we offer the possibility to choose between two types of shipment: standard shipping and certified shipping.
- Standard shipping is cheaper but does not include a tracking number so in case of loss we will not be responsible and the responsibility will fall directly on the buyer.
- On the other hand, certified shipping does include a tracking number and the package can always be located. We can help you find it and it is insured in case of loss.

♡ I haven't received my package yet. How can I do?
Due to the current situation there are many delays in shipments, I recommend that you wait a few more weeks. Please note that if you have paid for a standard shipping it does not include a tracking number so we cannot help you. So we strongly recommend that you choose a shipping with a tracking number.
♡ I have received my order but I have a problem with the product.
The products unless they have a defect are not accepted changes or returns. If the product has arrived with a defect, please contact us.
